What is ECPI?
SAISD is one of eight districts in the Wallace Foundation’s Equity-Centered Pipeline Initiative. We partner with local community organizations, universities’ leader-preparation programs, and the Texas Education Agency to develop our definition of equity and determine what an equity-aligned leader needs to know and be able to do.
With that, we design a comprehensive approach that can bring our vision to life by engaging with and supporting current principals and district leaders.
